Associate Director, Field Reimbursement, Immunology, Gastroenterology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers.

• Provide education to healthcare providers regarding AbbVie’s Immunology Patient Support Programs.

• Keep track of changes in healthcare policies and relay insights to the team.

• Utilize analytical tools to monitor call activity and operational capacity.

• Establish quality control measures to ensure compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access within neuroscience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading field teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of the technical payer policy processes, systems, and requirements concerning coverage, coding, and payment for specialty medicines.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
