This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the key scientific representative in your designated territory.
• Engage in impactful discussions regarding clinical data and medical information with KOLs, HCPs, clinical research investigators, pharmacists, and other decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain investigator relationships, site infrastructure, and medical intelligence that influence our program’s clinical and medical direction.
• Ensure alignment of field activities with strategic medical initiatives.
• Collect actionable insights regarding the evolving treatment landscape.
• Support research and development efforts that enhance both pipeline efficacy and patient outcomes.
• Work in collaboration with Clinical Development to identify, qualify, and establish clinical research sites within your territory.
• Foster investigator relationships prior to study initiation to build scientific credibility and trust within the organization.
• Map the KOL and investigator landscape in allergy/immunology to guide clinical and medical strategy.
• Collect preliminary field insights on treatment patterns, unmet needs, and emerging scientific discoveries to shape the medical plan.
• Assist in the development of medical affairs infrastructure, including educational materials and scientific exchange tools, in advance of product launch.
• Serve as the primary clinical/scientific resource for HCPs regarding disease-state and product information.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain peer relationships with KOLs in the allergy/immunology field.
• Identify and communicate medical insights.
• Recognize research gaps and educational needs to inform medical strategy.
• Address requests for information related to study indications, disease states, and the therapeutic area.
• A clinical or scientific doctorate: MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant scientific, clinical, or pharmaceutical role, including at least 4 years as a Medical Science Liaison within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Experience in the field of allergy/immunology is essential.
• Familiarity with treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, pharmaceutical compliance, and OIG guidelines is necessary.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50%), including air travel, overnight stays, and occasionally on weekends.
• Previous experience in a pre-launch or launch phase MSL position is preferred.
• Experience in supporting clinical trial site identification, feasibility assessment, or investigator engagement would be advantageous.
