Associate Director – Field Execution Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete execution for designated Therapeutic Area(s), covering steady-state operations, product launches, and enterprise change initiatives.

• Act as the primary point of accountability for field execution once initiatives are implemented.

• Oversee the health of execution and evaluate field readiness as initiatives transition from deployment to ongoing operation.

• Convert execution health indicators into strategic decisions and corrective measures.

• Actively identify potential risks, friction points, or failures and facilitate prompt escalation and resolution.

• Collaborate with planning, enablement, and infrastructure teams to ensure that processes, tools, training, and sequencing are established prior to field deployment.

• Gather insights and lessons learned from execution to continually enhance FOPE standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required from a four-year college or university.

• Over 6 years of experience in commercial execution, field operations, launch management, or complex enterprise delivery roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured sectors.

• Proven ability to lead and achieve execution results in intricate, multi-stakeholder, matrixed environments.

• Experience operating within structured governance, established rhythms, and clear decision-making frameworks to drive outcomes.

• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
