📋 Description

• Take full ownership of execution outcomes for designated Therapeutic Area(s), encompassing steady-state operations, product launches, and enterprise change initiatives.

• Serve as the sole point of accountability for field execution performance once initiatives are operational, ensuring that priorities are communicated clearly, sequenced effectively, and followed through.

• Monitor execution health indicators and evaluate field readiness and stability as initiatives move from deployment to ongoing operation.

• Analyze execution health data and drive decision-making and corrective actions based on standardized business review outcomes; explicitly not responsible for creating or maintaining data, dashboards, or reports.

• Initiate timely escalation and resolution processes when execution risks, challenges, or breakdowns occur, working within established governance, decision rights, and escalation protocols.

• Collaborate with planning, enablement, and infrastructure teams to ensure that execution prerequisites (processes, tools, training, sequencing) are established before field deployment.

• Act as the main execution partner to Therapeutic Area leadership, converting priorities into actionable field tasks while functioning within a collaborative enterprise execution framework.

• Gather execution insights and lessons learned, contributing to FOPE standards to minimize variability, rework, and duplication over time.

• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of execution discipline and operational maturity throughout the field organization.

• Demonstrated experience in structured governance, operational rhythms, and decision-making frameworks.

• Excellent judgment and communication skills, capable of translating execution signals into actionable plans and decisions.

• Comfortable working in visible, change-driven environments with a strong sense of accountability for results.

• Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed field organizations is desirable.

• Knowledge of enterprise operating models, execution governance, or performance management systems is a plus.

• Health, life, and disability benefits.

• 401(k) plan with company contribution and matching.
