This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of execution outcomes for designated Therapeutic Area(s), encompassing steady-state operations, product launches, and enterprise change initiatives.
• Serve as the sole point of accountability for field execution performance once initiatives are operational, ensuring that priorities are communicated clearly, sequenced effectively, and followed through.
• Monitor execution health indicators and evaluate field readiness and stability as initiatives move from deployment to ongoing operation.
• Analyze execution health data and drive decision-making and corrective actions based on standardized business review outcomes; explicitly not responsible for creating or maintaining data, dashboards, or reports.
• Initiate timely escalation and resolution processes when execution risks, challenges, or breakdowns occur, working within established governance, decision rights, and escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with planning, enablement, and infrastructure teams to ensure that execution prerequisites (processes, tools, training, sequencing) are established before field deployment.
• Act as the main execution partner to Therapeutic Area leadership, converting priorities into actionable field tasks while functioning within a collaborative enterprise execution framework.
• Gather execution insights and lessons learned, contributing to FOPE standards to minimize variability, rework, and duplication over time.
• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of execution discipline and operational maturity throughout the field organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Over 6 years of experience in commercial execution, field operations, launch management, or complex enterprise delivery roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly intricate industries.
• Proven ability to lead and influence execution outcomes in multi-stakeholder, matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated experience in structured governance, operational rhythms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills, capable of translating execution signals into actionable plans and decisions.
• Comfortable working in visible, change-driven environments with a strong sense of accountability for results.
• Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed field organizations is desirable.
• Knowledge of enterprise operating models, execution governance, or performance management systems is a plus.
