This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Continue to cultivate your own client portfolio by promoting North’s cutting-edge SaaS platform and payment solutions.
• Guide and nurture a team of Field Sales Professionals, assisting them in mastering their skills and achieving their individual sales targets.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and team training sessions focused on sales processes, product knowledge, and consultative selling methods.
• Oversee team activities and pipeline health, offering constructive feedback and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new members of your expanding team.
• Deliver demos so captivating that prospects will feel as if they are experiencing a front-row seat at a magic show.
• Proven track record in a high-volume, full-cycle sales position, ideally with experience in SaaS, Software, or Payment Processing.
• A strong aspiration to transition into a leadership role, with an innate ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication abilities, along with experience using CRM software.
• Experience in cold calling and local canvassing is a significant advantage.
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and reside within the area of your remote field sales territory.
