Associate Director, Data Hub

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with team members, clients, consultants, and partners to achieve departmental objectives.

• Lead and oversee client engagements, ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Supervise and nurture the data team, guaranteeing high-quality analytics and reporting.

• Participate in business development activities and secure funding for the Data Hub.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree is required; a Ph.D. is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in project and/or program management, effective collaboration, results-driven operations, and performance management within consulting, nonprofit, education, or philanthropic sectors.

• Proven expertise in data analytics within the education or social sector.

• Established success in client management.

• Proficient in STATA.
