This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the strategic vision and leadership of digital video initiatives.
• Advocate for all aspects of Digital Video, particularly focusing on CTV.
• Provide robust industry perspectives on ad technology, publisher trends, consumption patterns, and more.
• Serve as a thought leader, standardizing best practices and enhancing efficiencies and automation.
• Offer leadership to the Digital Video team, including Supervisors and Specialists.
• Responsible for overseeing accounts and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Guide the development of effective performance and brand-building strategies tailored to digital video.
• Create educational materials for both internal and external clients, supplying essential information on strategies, partnerships, and the adoption of ad technology.
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Investment teams, utilizing audience tools, historical performance data, scorecards, and best practices aligned with client objectives to determine optimal investment allocations.
• Directly oversee the execution of campaigns through various methods, including Direct IO and programmatic platforms.
• Report on campaign performance, progress towards objectives, and future strategies to senior executives.
• Manage digital video processes, ensuring they remain current, effective, and widely adopted across the practice.
• Align programmatic efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
• Demonstrate proven fluency in major DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Viant, and more, effectively understanding their strengths, areas for improvement, and workflows.
• Additionally, assess new DSP offerings available in the marketplace.
• Ensure that the quality of work across digital video practices consistently meets Agency standards.
• Contribute to the growth of the Agency.
• Support departmental goals, including certifications, training, growth opportunities, and account assignments.
• Adhere to departmental processes, standards, and best practices.
• Explore new methods to leverage our media and ad tech partners, including data targeting, digital video innovation, and platform execution strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within digital video advertising services.
• Provide channel-specific insights for new business pitches and act as a subject matter expert for new account onboarding requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience, particularly in digital video planning and activation.
• Understanding of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, buy types, and optimal options for activating digital media.
• Experience with DSPs, CTV publishers, measurement, currency, trafficking, reporting, and developing insights on campaign performance.
• Enjoys analyzing data.
• Ability to review performance data sets, identify key narratives, and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• A collaborative attitude with a keen interest in mentoring and managing team members.
• A strong enthusiasm for ad technology, digital video trends, and innovation.
