Associate Director, Clinical Development, Solid Tumors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the support of BeOne Clinical and Medical resources through the effective implementation of clinical development initiatives.

• Aid in crafting the strategy for the clinical program.

• Ensure that all activities are carried out within the defined scope, budget, and timelines.

• Collaborate closely with teams in clinical development, program leadership, biometrics, clinical operations, safety/pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, molecular diagnostics, and translational research.

• Facilitate the creation of, author, update, and/or review essential documents.

• Work in partnership with clinical operations and other departments to implement and execute clinical trials.

• Provide scientific knowledge to assist in the selection of investigators and vendors.

• Educate BeOne colleagues, CRO personnel, and study site staff on the therapeutic area and/or clinical protocols.

• Analyze and present clinical trial data to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Establish and nurture relationships with opinion leaders and investigators.

⛳️ Requirements

• An MD, DO, or an equivalent international degree is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical sector or a comparable academic setting.

• Experience in clinical oncology; candidates with exceptional expertise in other therapeutic areas may be considered if they exhibit a clear capability to transfer their skills to oncology.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and capacity for cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiarity with GCP and ICH Guidelines.

• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues across a global landscape.

• Availability for work-related travel, approximately 15% of the time.

• Experience in the development and support of relevant SOPs and policies is anticipated.
