This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the development and success of customer loyalty initiatives for our clients.
• Design loyalty strategies utilizing data-driven insights and collaborative efforts across functions to improve customer experiences and optimize program ROI.
• Oversee loyalty programs aimed at boosting customer retention and satisfaction.
• Create strategies to enhance program adoption and user engagement.
• Analyze client customer data and insights to refine loyalty program offerings.
• Work alongside technology teams to guarantee smooth execution and integration of loyalty programs.
• Manage the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to increase awareness and participation in loyalty programs.
• Track performance metrics of our clients’ programs, including participation rates, redemption rates, and ROI.
• Supervise the budget for our clients' programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation while adhering to budgetary limits.
• 8-10 years of experience in client services, account management, relationship management, or customer loyalty positions.
• Experience in the financial services sector, including roles within financial institutions such as banks, credit unions, or card issuers.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services terminology, culture, and business drivers.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience in managing complex client relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM software, loyalty program platforms, and customer segmentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on clarity, documentation, and proactive communication.
• Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
