This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture robust client relationships as the trusted advisor and primary representative of the account team.
• Direct client communications and oversee daily team operations to implement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business, competitors, goals, agency partners, and performance priorities.
• Coordinate activation, data, planning, and technology collaboration for comprehensive, cross-channel campaign strategy and execution.
• Determine channel mix and budget distributions.
• Offer strategic insights across Search, Social, Programmatic, Data Sciences & Analytics, Creative, SEO/CRO, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct regular senior client check-ins, collect feedback, and devise growth strategies or action plans.
• Manage significant client deliverables and presentations, including QBRs, annual reviews, strategy meetings, and tactical presentations.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and future client requirements.
• Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients and team members.
• Ensure precise client billing and manage hourly pacing and utilization when applicable.
• Monitor account team performance and escalate issues to activation and services leaders.
• Recognize upsell opportunities and assist in selling additional business.
• Play an integral role in new business pitches.
• Over 7 years of experience in client-facing roles that involve cross-channel digital media planning and execution.
• At least 3 years of experience directly managing client relationships and agency accounts, or equivalent experience on the client side.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a knack for understanding both the visible and hidden needs of clients.
• Capability to articulate a compelling point of view clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal presentations.
• Ability to provide strategic feedback and guidance across paid media channels, including search, social, shopping, display, mobile, native, and video.
• Ideally possess hands-on experience with or an in-depth understanding of Google Search, Bing Search, Meta Ads, YouTube, Google Display Network, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and major DSPs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S., verified through E-Verify.
