This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with senior client stakeholders, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Propel commercial account expansion by pinpointing new opportunities, developing value-added solutions, and securing contract renewals.
• Advise clients on marketing effectiveness, performance enhancement, and long-term strategic planning discussions.
• Work closely with analytics, product, and commercial teams to guarantee the smooth execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.
• Ensure that project timelines, scope, and expectations are aligned to provide consistent client satisfaction.
• Recognize opportunities to refine processes, elevate client experience, and boost service efficiency across all engagements.
• 9–10 years of experience in client engagement, account management, consulting, or marketing effectiveness within data-driven sectors (e.g., CPG, retail, technology).
• Demonstrated capability to lead senior client relationships, manage renewals, and stimulate commercial account growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for executive-level audiences.
• Experience working in collaboration with analytics, product, or insights teams to ensure high-quality client engagement.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
