This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee sales operations initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, preparedness, and execution of the US Cell Therapy Sales organization.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Training to devise and implement field strategies that are in line with organizational priorities and business objectives.

• Create, manage, and refine processes that boost field productivity and enhance customer engagement.

• Assist in the deployment of the sales force and initiatives aimed at organizational optimization.

• Develop and sustain operational frameworks, business processes, and governance structures.

• Track the adoption and effectiveness of commercial tools, technologies, and resources.

• Create and manage comprehensive communication strategies for the field.

• Lead communication efforts around strategic priorities, business updates, and organizational initiatives.

• Establish feedback mechanisms to capture insights from the field to inform planning and decision-making.

• Organize and execute National Sales Meetings, Plan of Action Meetings, First Line Leader Meetings, Regional Meetings, and other field-oriented events.

• Collaborate with Training, Marketing, and Sales Leadership on training, capability development, and meeting outcomes.

• Support readiness for business initiatives, product launches, model evolutions, and strategic transformations.

• Ensure field teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to execute business priorities.

• Represent Sales on cross-functional teams and governance forums.

• Build partnerships across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, and Corporate Functions.

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations.

• Convert business needs into scalable operational solutions and promote alignment among stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or specialty therapeutics organizations.

• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Business Planning, or related commercial functions.

• Proven experience supporting field-based commercial organizations and customer-facing teams.

• A strong history of leading complex cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed environments.

• Preferred experience in Oncology, Hematology, Cell Therapy, Specialty Therapeutics, or other complex treatment landscapes.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and promote organizational alignment.

• Preferred experience supporting large-scale sales meetings, field communications, organizational transformations, or launch-related initiatives.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to connect business strategy to operational execution.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.

• Ability to lead through influence and navigate complex matrix organizations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce/Veeva, Power BI, and enterprise collaboration platforms.

• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools and digital solutions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment.

• Willingness to travel physically to meet customers, patients, business partners, and attend meetings as necessary.
