This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Manage the complete campaign strategy, which encompasses audience segmentation, journey design, and channel selection.
• Create integrated campaign plans that align with business objectives, product priorities, and target demographics.
• Spearhead the design of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, ensuring alignment of account lists between marketing and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Growth, Performance Marketing, Content, and Sales to guarantee coordinated implementation.
• Convert campaign strategy into clear briefs, asset plans, and activation timelines.
• Implement campaigns across email, web, paid media, social platforms, and events.
• Ensure campaign consistency across all touchpoints, including digital interactions and sales engagements.
• Lead alignment among stakeholders and govern campaigns using best practices in project management.
• Design and manage multi-touch nurture programs and campaign workflows within HubSpot.
• Utilize lifecycle stages, segmentation, and lead scoring to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Confirm campaigns are appropriately structured for tracking, attribution, and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations for technical setup, integrations, and data model management.
• Define the role of paid media in each campaign, including budget distribution, channel mix, and audience strategies.
• Direct LinkedIn campaign strategies, focusing on company and persona targeting (ABM alignment) and message consistency with campaign phases.
• Guide the Google Ads strategy, including capturing high-intent searches and implementing a retargeting strategy.
• Work with internal teams or agencies to execute campaigns and enhance performance.
• Establish reporting frameworks across HubSpot, CRM (Dynamics), and paid media platforms.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Present insights to stakeholders, including marketing and sales leadership.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B campaign strategy, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-channel, full-funnel campaigns from strategy development to execution.
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation platform) for campaign and nurture design.
• Familiarity with paid media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and aligning campaigns with pipeline outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert performance data into strategic insights.
