This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leverage functional leadership and expertise to provide guidance to clients while crafting solutions for a range of strategic challenges focused on enhancing business processes, enabling technology, and aligning the enterprise operating model for growth – particularly within the finance and operations sectors.
• Manage smaller projects independently.
• Spearhead market-facing practice development efforts such as thought leadership and the creation of white papers.
• Actively participate in nurturing emerging leaders into future practice leaders.
• Offer guidance and support for issue resolution to teams engaged in multiple simultaneous client projects.
• Collaborate with the practice’s executive leaders to pursue business development opportunities.
• Significant experience and subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: Tier 1-3 ERPs, Finance Governance tools, CPM technologies, Supply Chain Management applications, or Data Visualization and Analysis solutions.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field of study.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficient in leading and developing teams and individual contributors.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary based on client locations.
