This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take charge of driving the most impactful new commercial opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, establishing multi-stakeholder relationships at both senior and executive levels while steering intricate, high-value sales processes from initial discussions to contract finalization.
• You will deeply immerse yourself in comprehending your clients' long-term research and development and data strategies, positioning Mystra as an integral element of their operations — not merely a vendor, but a scientific collaborator.
• You will provide an insightful perspective on the life sciences landscape, contributing strategic intelligence to our go-to-market strategies and influencing how we position and enhance our platform.
• You will uphold a high standard for pipeline management and forecasting, aiding in strategic reporting that guides senior decision-making throughout the organization.
• You will hold considerable internal influence as the voice of the customer — shaping the perspectives of Product, Science, and Marketing on the market, ensuring our commercial strategies are consistently rooted in genuine value.
• You possess a strong track record in senior-level SaaS, digital health, or enterprise technology sales targeted at pharma or biotech, with a proven history of successfully closing complex, high-value deals.
• You have extensive experience engaging with R&D and research departments within major pharmaceutical companies, adeptly navigating senior scientific and commercial stakeholders.
• You have a robust understanding of genetics or genomics — sufficient to communicate credibly and compellingly about the potential of advanced genetic analytics for drug discovery.
• You think strategically about markets, clients, and positioning, integrating that perspective into your daily activities.
• You are a self-motivated, senior professional who excels in a fast-paced scale-up environment, capable of charting your own course without a predefined roadmap.
• A degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is expected; an advanced degree is a significant advantage.
