This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the way Noodle's university partners connect with prospective students throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate on brand and messaging strategy, lifecycle communications, content strategy, and student experience design.
• Serve as a consultative partner to both university partners and internal teams.
• Contribute to frameworks and execute them with a high degree of independence.
• Assist in the discovery process for partners, aiding in partner onboarding, program launches, and portfolio expansions.
• Provide strategic insights and cross-portfolio knowledge to enhance partner engagements.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, engagement communications, or a related field; experience in higher education is preferred.
• Proven capability to operate across multiple practice areas while developing strategic expertise in at least one.
• Familiarity with cross-channel lifecycle communications and the student recruitment process.
• Experience in contributing to partner-focused strategy sessions, workshops, or discovery engagements.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment where influence is as crucial as authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to link performance data to strategic choices.
• Proficiency in English.
