This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable analytics partner for Brand teams involved in the planning, execution, and ongoing performance management of BEQALZI and BTK CDAC launches.
• Take ownership of the customer segmentation strategy and its execution, including the development, refinement, and activation of segments to align with brand strategy, targeting, and customer engagement.
• Lead analytics initiatives utilizing secondary data sources to provide actionable insights into customer behavior, market dynamics, patient flow, and brand performance.
• Oversee advanced analytics modeling for the brands, encompassing use cases such as look-alike modeling, measurement of program or campaign effectiveness, and other predictive or prescriptive analytics to guide business decisions.
• Create and deliver strategic and tactical analyses that address critical business questions regarding launch readiness, brand performance, customer engagement, market evolution, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Teams, GCMT, Medical, GCSO, and other internal teams to merge various data sources into a unified view of business performance and opportunities.
• Design and sustain frameworks for measuring launch performance, including dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews to monitor progress towards strategic goals.
• Assist in developing market assessments, segmentation, patient or customer journey analyses, and performance storytelling tailored for leadership audiences.
• Convert analytical findings into concise recommendations that shape strategic decisions and enhance launch effectiveness.
• Efficiently manage projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely completion, high-quality outputs, and alignment with business priorities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related analytical discipline; an Advanced Degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in brand analytics, commercial analytics, business insights, or a related area, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotech, or comparable healthcare environments.
• Proven experience in supporting product launches or pre-launch assets, collaborating across matrixed organizations, and influencing stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Prior hands-on experience with advanced analytics algorithms and modeling techniques is essential, including examples such as look-alike modeling, program or campaign effectiveness analysis, predictive analytics, or similar advanced analytical applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities are required.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and either Python or R is mandatory.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Practical experience in applying advanced analytics and modeling techniques to support brand objectives is required.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytical platforms such as Alteryx, Dataiku, Power BI, or similar tools is highly preferred.
