Associate Director, Agentic AI PoC Lead – 2 openings

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead impactful proof-of-concepts for agentic AI from initial ideas to technical validation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to discover opportunities for autonomous AI agents.

• Design and implement prototype solutions utilizing LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, RAG, orchestration platforms, and contemporary AI tools.

• Work alongside AI Architecture, Product, and Engineering teams to transition successful proof-of-concepts into production plans.

• Create repeatable methodologies, evaluation standards, and technical documentation for AI experimentation.

• Evaluate new AI technologies and suggest capabilities for the enterprise AI roadmap.

• Mentor AI engineers and promote experimentation, quick learning, and innovation.

• Travel required is 10%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in building AI, machine learning, or software engineering solutions.

• Practical experience in developing generative AI applications.

• Familiarity with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI orchestration technologies.

• Strong skills in prototyping and software engineering.

• Capability to quickly develop and validate new concepts.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in converting technical innovations into business value.

• Experience in developing enterprise AI platforms or agentic AI solutions within large organizations.

• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated sectors.
