This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development of Precision Health capabilities across all therapeutic areas at Novartis.
• Formulate a strategy to establish advanced capability-building in relation to testing and diagnostics.
• Build partnerships with laboratories to facilitate an efficient process for streamlined and consistent ordering and reporting.
• Design and execute programs that align with Clinical Decision Support (CDS) and diagnostic workflows.
• Identify key strategic areas for impact through collaboration with laboratory partners.
• Lead the design, piloting, and scaling of decision-support solutions in partnership with external entities.
• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, while an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or technology.
• Prior experience and expertise in project management, alliance management/partnerships, and third-party data collaborations.
• A proven ability to meet objectives in alignment with cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate others on technical content.
• Demonstrated executive presence.
• Experience in people leadership to guide teams towards shared goals and successful business outcomes.
• At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory or diagnostic market role.
