Associate Database Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develops electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) in accordance with finalized protocols and study design criteria for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) initiatives.

• Constructs data entry interfaces based on the approved annotated Case Report Form (CRF) for paper-based studies.

• Engages with data management and study management teams throughout all phases of study startup to ensure team requirements are comprehended and addressed.

• Designs, builds, and validates clinical databases following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Implements field derivations, edit checks, consistency checks, validations, procedures, and rules.

• Creates a study reporting environment that incorporates both CRF and non-CRF (loaded) data while converting collected data into the required reporting format.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification from an accredited institution, ideally in a technical discipline, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience utilizing commercial clinical data management systems and/or EDC products (e.g., Oracle RDC / Inform, Medidata Rave, DataLabs, etc.).

• Preferred 1 to 2 years of experience in SQL programming.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance customer satisfaction through positive interactions, timely and quality deliverables, and effective task ownership.

• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Preferred familiarity with drug development and clinical trial processes.
