Associate Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Integrate into one of Jerry's key business sectors: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Manage the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify the business challenges, inquiries, and decisions that analyses need to address.

• Establish metrics and create reports.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Generate insights that enhance critical team metrics.

• Deliver recommendations to colleagues in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify ongoing situations, explain their causes, and suggest next steps.

• Propel decisions and implement initiatives leading to measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a fast-growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to independently extract, structure, and interpret data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in SQL or Python.

• Experience in defining metrics, creating reports, conducting analyses, and designing experiments.

• Proven experience in communicating complex findings to skeptical stakeholders.
