This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze extensive educational datasets to extract actionable insights that enhance product design and elevate customer experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex inquiries, utilizing both conventional analytical techniques and innovative AI-driven workflows.
• Work alongside product managers, researchers, engineers, and content creators to tackle intricate business and educational challenges.
• Develop, assess, and sustain statistical models and AI-enhanced analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model development, all while upholding high standards for code quality and evaluation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, AI Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis tasks, including data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis purposes.
• Familiarity with foundational statistical methods such as regression and hypothesis testing.
• Proven experience in applying AI solutions across various problem domains.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and protocols, including version control and testing.
• Demonstrated capability to independently explore, troubleshoot, and resolve open-ended analytical challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal forms, particularly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
