This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, providing engaging and effective training to facilitate a seamless adoption journey.
• Sustain ongoing relationships with customers through regular check-ins, guidance, and sharing best practices to enhance platform value.
• Act as the customer advocate, conveying valuable insights and feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships that promote customer satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth.
• Provide Tier 1 support for customers, addressing issues and escalating complex cases to internal teams for efficient resolution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in the SaaS or technology sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a dynamic startup environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time for customer engagements, including implementation, training, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
