This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Oversee and cultivate relationships with client accounts as part of our expansion strategy.
• Establish connections and strategically guide clients throughout their experience journey.
• Provide training to clients on Deel processes and how to effectively use the Deel platform to meet their needs.
• Direct client interactions with a focus on product adoption and future growth, consistently aligning discussions with Deel's core value propositions.
• Enhance relationships with your accounts by addressing their challenges and working to mitigate and identify churn.
• Become a trusted partner for your accounts, comprehending their business requirements and developing solutions as a mini project manager.
• Collaborate with the broader growth and support organization, including Account Executives, Strategic CSMs, and onboarding managers to facilitate Deel's growth.
• Act as a strong advocate for Deel and represent the voice of your customers, providing insights to our Revenue and product teams.
• 1-3+ years of experience in any customer-facing role, including support, operations, or customer success.
• Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of customer requests.
• Previous experience in at least one of the following areas: fast-growth startup, payroll company, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• A relationship builder who remains composed and collected during crises or criticism and celebrates partners’ achievements.
• Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; while you may not be a SQL expert, you enjoy deriving quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and translating raw numbers into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
• A dependable, motivated self-starter with a strong growth mentality. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are undeterred by challenges or changes, and excel in roles requiring a high level of responsibility.
• A proven track record of accomplishments, such as success in a top-tier company, delivering measurable business impact, quickly taking on responsibilities, or receiving competitive awards.
• A robust analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
• Naturally curious and eager to make a meaningful impact.
