• Collaborate effectively with customers, establishing relationships at all levels to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business, the marketplace, and drive positive business growth.
• Meet New Item Authorization targets, Distribution objectives, and Base Business Goals: Revenue Growth, Authorizations, and Distribution.
• Attain promotional revenue targets by proficiently applying Kraft Heinz pricing strategies.
• Manage financial trades by maintaining accurate files and documentation for all business transactions.
• Proactively explore new opportunities for profitable business growth by embracing a growth mindset.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and present ideas and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Implement price changes, resolve supply chain challenges, and coordinate with Customer Service regarding invoicing and payment.
• Experience in account management, analysis, supply chain, and/or retail sales management within a CPG company.
• Demonstrated ability to embody a customer-first approach for effective customer management and sales to achieve objectives.
• Trusted to operate independently within the Kraft Heinz framework to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Clear examples of polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability and experience to use both syndicated and ambiguous data to create comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance, guiding customers to meet category objectives.
• Willingness to travel 10% out of the area as required.
