This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with your creative partner to brainstorm concepts, develop brands, and craft copy for a range of communications, including both print and digital formats.
• Design solutions that not only drive business results for our clients but also create a significant impact on people.
• Continuously generate and motivate others to produce exceptional, innovative creative solutions and narratives that are strategically sound and executionally effective.
• Develop copy systems, voice and tone guidelines, and structural messaging frameworks for a variety of clients in the life sciences sector.
• Construct modular, scalable messaging frameworks that uphold brand integrity across a multi-channel creative environment while accommodating high-volume personalized content.
• Convert intricate clinical data and brand strategies into engaging narratives and persuasive stories.
• Collaborate across disciplines (Art and Copy) to establish foundational creative narratives and systems that set the benchmark for all tactical executions.
• Manage creative output to ensure a 'systems-first' methodology in all design and copy development.
• Work in partnership with strategy and other departments to ensure communications are anchored in profound customer insights.
• Navigate senior-level creative reviews with an emphasis on strategic solutions and the establishment of scalable brand platforms.
• Oversee the work of others—typically 2–4 team members—mentoring junior and mid-level creatives towards systematic, foundational thinking.
• Play a role in new business pitches from insight-gathering and strategic planning to concept development and client presentations.
• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience in copywriting and creative leadership in a healthcare Agency of Record (AOR).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience.
• Mastery of 'systems thinking' with a portfolio that highlights scalable, modular messaging frameworks and storytelling.
• Capability to transform nuanced strategies into sophisticated and impactful creative solutions.
• Strong expertise in digital-first storytelling and omnichannel content architecture, with an understanding of how to construct component-based copy.
• Proficiency in balancing creative excellence with stringent medical and regulatory standards.
• A portfolio that showcases exceptional craftsmanship, conceptual strength, and the ability to manage high-stakes brand stewardship.
• Outstanding presentation abilities with the capacity to advocate for ideas and executions to senior stakeholders.
