Associate Country Manager, Greece

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Present WCG services to local Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and sponsors.

• Engage with Study Site Investigators and Study Site Teams to evaluate their needs and identify opportunities to offer or sell WCG services.

• Assist with contracting processes involving Medical Institutions.

• Identify and facilitate training for study personnel and Clinical Research Coordinators.

• Provide administrative support to the Country Manager.

• Oversee study personnel and Clinical Research Coordinators.

• Report program outcomes to Program Managers.

• Manage the working hours of Clinical Research Coordinators and approve their invoices.

• Regularly update the Site Status Tracker and report program outcomes.

• Participate in internal meetings and calls.

• Execute responsibilities in compliance with WCG’s Standard Operating Procedures, Good Clinical Practice, European General Data Protection regulations, and local anti-kickback and anti-bribery laws.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Background in Sales/Customer Service, Clinical Research, or related fields is preferred.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in both Greek and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

• Capability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks with shifting deadlines.

• A collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and MS Office) is necessary.

• Sales training is considered an advantage.

• Must be a resident of Greece.

• Travel requirement: 5% - 10%.
