Associate Consultant, Workday HRTA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Aids in the execution of implementation projects under close supervision, acquiring skills in requirements gathering, module configuration, and quality documentation.

• Collaborates with senior consultants to gather and document business requirements from client subject matter experts (SMEs). Prepares organized notes and action items from requirement workshops.

• Conducts basic module configuration under supervision. Executes test scripts and accurately documents outcomes.

• Maintains configuration workbooks, training materials, and meeting minutes. Ensures that project documentation is comprehensive and current.

• Engages in client calls and workshops with guidance from senior team members. Addresses basic client inquiries under supervision.

• Contributes to collective project objectives and team initiatives. Actively seeks feedback and applies insights gained from senior colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic familiarity with HR processes or HRIS systems.

• A strong desire to learn and develop within the consulting field.
