Associate Consultant, Business Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess client requirements, tackling business challenges and seizing opportunities.

• Review and improve current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Derive insights from data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

• Create solutions and document specifications, ensuring they align with client objectives.

• Oversee projects, monitor milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, adjusting to various audiences.

• Assist with change management by ensuring smooth transitions to new strategies or systems.

• Remain informed about industry trends, contributing innovative ideas to client projects.

• Work with cross-functional teams to complete projects on schedule and within scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related area.

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or analogous role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.

• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Expertise in conducting requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.

• Familiar with industry-standard frameworks (e.g., BABOK).

• Knowledge of SQL, with prior SQL experience preferred.

• Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their application.

• Experience with tools and technologies utilized in business analysis and project management.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
