Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage in and successfully complete a structured training program centered on HomebuilderONE.

• Adhere to established plans to facilitate HomebuilderONE implementations.

• Execute system testing and troubleshooting tasks.

• Assist with system rollout and provide support after implementation.

• Participate in client meetings to observe and gain insight into the implementation process.

• Deliver customer service following established communication protocols.

• Document and monitor project progress utilizing Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of HomebuilderONE and remain informed about product updates.

• Collaborate with experienced consultants to ensure successful project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in software implementation is preferred.

• A background in the homebuilding or construction sector is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail are essential.

• Ability to follow established processes is required.

• Capacity to adapt in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

• Some travel may be necessary.

• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams for project documentation and tracking is required.
