📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for Red Hat at client locations, addressing various technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs.

• Influence customer software specifications, designs, testing, and the deployment of open-source solutions through effective delivery.

• Respond to customer challenges, project escalations, and process exceptions with a professional and adaptable approach.

• Collaborate with Red Hat project teams while harmonizing technical implementation and delivery with client expectations.

• Complete the Red Hat Consulting Launch Program tailored for early career consultants.

• Acquire knowledge of tools and technologies through Red Hat enablements and apply existing skills in a professional environment.

• Gain hands-on experience with Red Hat technologies and solutions through in-person training sessions.

• Utilize foundational skills on a first customer project.

• Address challenges as an active contributor in both a team-based Red Hat Consultant and customer setting.

• Provide intricate solutions to real-world issues and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers.

• Commit to ongoing learning through training, certifications, and Consulting-specific enablements.

• Execute customer projects as a technical contributor focusing on Red Hat technologies and software development principles.

• Cultivate internal and external networks through communities, customer interactions, meetups, and other opportunities.

• Recent graduate.

• Familiarity with backend software development methodologies, frameworks, and principles.

• Enthusiasm for learning backend software development, IT automation, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.

• Capability to solve real-world challenges by understanding customer needs and constraints while applying technology effectively.

• Well-organized in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with extensive collaboration.

• Ability to interact directly with customers across various roles and organizations.

• Proficient in clearly communicating both technical and non-technical concepts.

• Quick learner with the ability to grow and adapt to new skills.
