This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Provide guidance to enterprise clients regarding the design, implementation, and migration of OpenText products, including cloud-based solutions.

• Perform comprehensive requirements assessments and analyze business processes to pinpoint appropriate solutions.

• Develop solution concepts and prepare technical documentation, which encompasses infrastructure and implementation strategies.

• Assist with presales activities, handle technical escalations, and ensure customer alignment.

• Counsel clients on industry best practices.

• Facilitate the architecture of OpenText solutions and their transition to the cloud.

• Collaborate with colleagues in delivery, presales, and sales on comprehensive projects, including those related to AI.

• Several years of professional experience with ECM systems or ERP and CRM solutions.

• Strong proficiency in software development, including ABAP, .NET, or web technologies.

• Familiarity with IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases.

• Knowledge of OpenText products such as xECM and Archive Center is advantageous.

• Experience working on projects within cloud environments.

• Understanding of containerization technologies.
