Associate Certification Program Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set up, publish, and oversee proctored examinations, ensuring precision and compliance with security measures.

• Oversee the lifecycle of exams, including version management, refresh intervals, and form retirement, while keeping meticulous documentation and audit trails.

• Generate and verify operational and performance reports, managing sensitive information with care.

• Evaluate and address proctoring incidents, assist with escalations, and uphold exam integrity through standardized practices.

• Assist in the technical management of exam delivery systems, proctoring platforms, and LMS integrations, including API-driven workflows and access controls.

• Offer tiered technical support, resolve issues, and convey solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Participate in the development of exam content, conduct psychometric analysis, and engage in AI-driven exam innovations under established governance.

• Proven ability to adopt AI technologies and integrate them into your current role.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong skills in problem-solving, analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with office productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365).

• Knowledge of email, collaboration, and communication platforms.

• Basic understanding of web technologies (browsers, HTML/CSS, networking concepts).

• Comfortable with technical systems, structured data, reporting tools, and ticketing/help desk systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
