📋 Description

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across key business initiatives, such as carrier expansion and the development of new products from inception to launch.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition approaches.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests for both new and existing features.

• Derive insights from experiments to guide product and business strategies.

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate strategies for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership development.

• Spot opportunities to automate manual workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Perform thorough analyses utilizing advanced machine learning techniques.

• Gather insights that influence growth strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually demanding field (preferred experience).

• Minimum of 1 year of management consulting experience from a leading firm (such as McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred) or relevant background in business analysis/operations.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and/or conducting complex data analyses.

• A structured approach to problem-solving and first-principles thinking.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience, from front-line staff to the executive level.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
