Associate Attorney – Decision Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate judicial rulings (including judgments, appellate decisions, single-judge rulings, and decisions made during judgment enforcement processes).

• Determine the appropriateness of Motions for Clarification.

• Draft and submit Motions for Clarification.

• Maintain and update the systems of both the firm and the client.

• Conduct research and compile documentation that supports claims for material damages.

• Calculate the award specified in the judicial decision when it is disadvantageous to the represented client.

• Assess court costs when relevant and initiate payment requests through the system.

• Update the systems of both the client and the firm with a detailed breakdown of the amounts derived from the award calculations.

• Prepare the Final Opinion on the decision in line with the client's template.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Experience in managing high-volume litigation is preferred.

• Familiarity with calculating court-awarded amounts is an advantage.
