Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload of the Firm’s clients located in **New Jersey**.

• Engaging with clients to discuss their individual cases.

• Preparing pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, as well as reviewing and drafting agreements, among other tasks.

• Interacting with opposing parties to negotiate and settle claims.

• Conducting legal research on both straightforward and complex issues in contract law and various aspects of consumer law.

• Although this position is primarily remote, travel will be necessary for court appearances.

• Must be currently licensed to practice law in **New Jersey**.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a law firm setting.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to tight deadlines.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Adherence to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with senior management and employees at all levels within the organization.

• Proficient legal research skills; familiarity with LexisNexis is advantageous.
