This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload for the Firm’s clients in New Hampshire.
• Engaging in communication with clients regarding their individual cases.
• Preparing pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and reviewing and drafting agreements, among other legal documents.
• Interacting with opposing parties to negotiate and settle claims.
• Conducting legal research on both straightforward and complex issues in contract law and other facets of consumer law.
• Although this position is primarily remote, occasional travel for court appearances may be necessary.
• Must be currently licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.
• A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience in a law firm setting.
• Must demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to tight deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and staff across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient legal research skills; familiarity with LexisNexis is an advantage.
