Associate Ad Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to initiate mobile advertising campaigns, which includes implementing creative content, securing traffic supply, and interpreting insertion orders.

• Manage traffic for advertising campaigns utilizing GT’s proprietary ad-serving platform.

• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns concurrently.

• Resolve issues related to campaigns by working with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Oversee expectations, communication, and reporting metrics to internal team members.

• Ensure the successful execution of all campaigns.

• Develop and maintain documentation relevant to the Ad Operations team.

• Conduct reporting and month-end reconciliation.

• Perform thorough quality assurance reviews of campaign setups and updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in digital ad operations or related fields such as advertising platforms, online publishers, ad networks, or digital agencies.

• Strong analytical abilities, capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meticulous attention to detail, and knowledge of digital advertising.

• Proven experience with ad serving platforms and/or Server-Side Platforms (SSP) / Demand-Side Platforms (DSP).

• Exceptional client servicing, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Experience with HTML5 and JavaScript ads is required.

• Background in creating Mobile Rich Media ads.

• Skilled in ad troubleshooting and testing using tools like Fiddler, Charles, and other debugging tools.
