This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Conducts analysis and forecasts on financial, economic, and other relevant data to deliver precise and timely insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Establishes performance metrics, performs data analysis, and collaborates directly to enhance business intelligence initiatives.
• Assesses industry, economic, financial, and market trends to predict the organization's financial and competitive standing in the short, medium, and long term.
• Maintains data integrity by designing and implementing essential processes and controls concerning data flow.
• Works alongside stakeholders to grasp business requirements/challenges, resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and create cost-effective solutions for data discrepancies.
• Shapes the strategy for the department.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.
• Proven ability to convey ideas effectively in both written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Master’s Degree (preferred).
• Fellow of Societies of Actuaries (FSA) designation (preferred).
• Membership in the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) (preferred).
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (preferred).
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage (preferred).
