Associate Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for all daily client communications and oversight.

• Work closely with the Senior Partner Account Manager on ongoing client tasks.

• Manage project execution for campaigns to ensure all requirements and deadlines are achieved.

• Produce and evaluate comprehensive campaign reports; deliver insights and analysis to clients while recommending optimization strategies for enhanced performance.

• Collaborate with data scientists and other account managers to create narratives and demonstrate customer value through thorough business reviews and strategic interactions, both via phone and in-person meetings.

• Educate and assist new and current clients on best practices, onboard new clients, and proactively address areas needing improvement.

• Foster relationships to ensure clients recognize Vetcove’s value and how we can integrate into their long-term strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in account management.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.

• Strong skills in time and process management.

• Proficient analytical skills.

• Experience in creating client-facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Familiarity with developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.

• Skilled in compiling, documenting, and conveying client requirements to internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, C-Suite, Engineering).

• Solid working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Knowledge of Tableau or other database visualization tools is a plus but not mandatory.

• Interest in building client relationships and a willingness to travel for client-facing events.

• A strong desire to learn and shape an emerging role in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
