This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Fulfill reporting and data requirements based on the needs of clients and the team.
• Take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for assigned clients.
• Build trusting relationships with client operational leadership.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the business challenges encountered by customers.
• Assist with research and data initiatives to resolve escalated client issues, coordinating with both internal and external teams as necessary.
• Prioritize issues and evaluate escalations that may pose a risk of client attrition, collaborating with Account Managers to implement a robust mitigation plan.
• 1-3 years of direct account management experience in healthcare benefits, pharmacy benefits, or commercial health insurance; a working knowledge of commercial health insurance and/or pharmacy benefits is highly preferred.
• A positive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure while pursuing solutions.
• A strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
• A passion for collaboratively solving complex problems with the broader team.
• Excellent executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and resolve conflicts while fostering open dialogue.
• Experience in client relationship management, ensuring that expectations and deliverables are documented and met, key stakeholders are informed, and client satisfaction is achieved.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of an extended, cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and possessing a disciplined work ethic.
• Initiative to take action with minimal direction.
• Transparency and honesty communicated in a positive, professional, and polite manner.
• Skills in conflict resolution.
• Highly effective communicator with a consultative and tactful approach, able to view situations from the perspective of clients or members.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
