Associate Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with existing customers to maintain and strengthen relationships through daily outreach.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the company's services, business lines, pricing models, and available offers.

• Execute contractual renewals to enhance customer relationships and drive profitability.

• Address cancellation requests in line with the established escalation procedures.

• Communicate with customers about the company's pricing strategies.

• Utilize Salesforce on a daily basis to schedule and record calls, meetings, and proposals.

• Collect customer email addresses while minimizing rate restrictions and customer credits.

• Boost customer engagement by promoting the complete range of Republic Services products.

• Regularly meet with the Sales Manager to discuss retention efforts, progress towards objectives, and key customer accounts.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)

• 0–2 years of customer service experience (Required)

• Experience in the waste or transportation industry (Preferred)

• Capability to sustain customer relationships and retain business.

• Proficiency in selling the full range of Republic Services products.

• Salesforce proficiency for documenting daily activities.
