This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage client relationships from start to finish - act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders (including C-suite executives), lead all meetings and presentations, set expectations, and foster long-lasting trust.
• Drive marketplace strategy - create annual brand strategies, marketing and promotional plans, and recommendations for supply chain improvements.
• Proactively identify new workstreams and upsell opportunities.
• Execute and oversee cross-functional delivery - collaborate with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to guarantee timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Take ownership of reporting, recaps, and action items.
• Stay informed about platform developments - track Amazon and marketplace updates, relay pertinent changes to clients, and convert new opportunities into practical recommendations.
• Contribute to agency growth - assist with new business pitches, create internal best practices and SOPs, support agency thought leadership, and conduct onboarding/training sessions as needed.
• Over 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace marketing - with hands-on expertise in Amazon, including advertising, retail fundamentals, and platform tools/programs.
• Familiarity with additional global marketplaces and advertising platforms such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein, AliExpress, and tools like VTEX Ads and Topsort.
• Experience in an agency setting, preferably focused on marketplace or eCommerce, with a background in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships, align with business objectives, and convert strategy into quantifiable results.
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels - capable of presenting to a CMO and mentoring a junior analyst in the same day.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency, with the capability to engage in discussions with international teams.
• Highly organized, commercially astute, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; adept in data-driven environments.
