This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducting daily follow-up calls and emails to existing clients.
• Possess the ability to establish and nurture relationships over the phone.
• A creative problem solver focused on finding solutions rather than fixating on challenges.
• Assume job responsibilities for team members during their PTO, FMLA, and any unforeseen circumstances.
• Address and resolve issues with current hospitals to identify and implement the best solutions.
• Actively reach out to team members and managers to provide support for ongoing projects.
• Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with our various hospital partners.
• Address all areas of operational needs.
• Collaborate daily with team members to grasp all job functions, ensuring a seamless transition in covering hospital or facility needs.
• Aid Operations staff and team members in accessing, organizing, and sending pre-employment paperwork from placed travelers to facilities.
• Potentially follow up with current facilities before, during, and after a traveler’s assignment.
• Work alongside Operations staff and team members to resolve any personal or professional issues concerning travelers.
• Strongly preferred experience on the client side.
• Bachelor’s degree OR 2-3 years of robust customer service and sales experience.
• A drive to succeed and achieve set goals.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• An eagerness to learn with an open mindset.
• Excellent skills in rapport and relationship building.
• Capability to multitask and adjust priorities throughout the day.
• Strong technical and computer skills.
• Proven track record of career success and/or longevity in previous positions.
• Must maintain a persistent attitude.
