This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of your portfolio by fostering meaningful, long-term relationships through regular partner meetings.
• Propel commercial growth by achieving KPIs related to monetization, upselling, and retention while educating partners on the comprehensive value of Fresha.
• Utilize data effectively by analyzing account-level reports and developing strategic plans to increase revenue from existing accounts.
• Minimize churn by implementing a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to keep partners engaged.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams to guarantee a seamless partner experience at every interaction.
• Over 2 years of experience in account management with a demonstrated history of revenue growth.
• Comprehensive ownership of the sales cycle: from onboarding to long-term revenue development (2–3 years).
• Experience with small to medium-sized businesses: adept at closing sales and generating additional revenue in a high-volume setting.
• Proven portfolio management skills: ability to drive commercial results across a large, varied book of business, preferably in SaaS.
• Team-oriented mentality: willingness to contribute and support the broader team as necessary.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
