Associate Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for families following the initial onboarding process, overseeing ongoing service delivery and communication.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and offer timely, personalized support to uphold high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

• Monitor client engagement and service quality, maintain precise records, and suggest additional support to enhance outcomes and retention.

• Coordinate the launch of services and scheduling by collaborating with internal teams, keeping documentation up to date, and resolving any issues to guarantee a seamless client experience.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging, share client insights, and foster continuous improvements to the client experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, customer success, or client services is highly advantageous.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills along with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in navigating multiple platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, CRM/billing systems).

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and manage various client relationships in a fast-paced setting.

• An empathetic, service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and commitment to follow-through.
