Associate Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams for account planning and support.

• Develop and implement strategies that engage clients and the Influenster Community, including Members.

• Recommend product offerings and services that enhance client engagement and drive campaign success.

• Manage expectations effectively with both internal and client stakeholders.

• Represent the interests of the Client and your team.

• Work cross-functionally with delivery teams to adhere to timelines and ensure successful campaign execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in an agency, tech start-up, marketing, or other relevant fields.

• Proven history of collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Strong client focus and commitment to client satisfaction.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated passion, energy, and a collaborative work ethic.

• Openness to coaching and adaptability to change.

• Full authorization to work in the USA or the respective hiring country.

• Experience in the software/e-commerce sector and/or the retail industry.
