This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the working relationship with partner restaurant chains through consistent, personal engagement with the restaurant manager.

• Regularly renegotiate contract terms, including commission rates or minimum order sizes, with the restaurant manager.

• Persuade restaurant managers to implement backlinks on their websites and/or create splash pages to convert online traffic into additional orders.

• Design and refine the aftersales process by optimizing operations and improving the CRM system.

• Identify and persuade top partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet while monitoring order trends and customer experiences post-integration.

• Negotiate exclusive agreements with leading partner restaurants to boost order volumes while maintaining the quality of the relationship.

• Ensure all partner restaurants provide an exceptional customer experience and guide them on strategies for further enhancement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Ideally 1-3 years of experience in lead or account management, preferably within the food and beverage sector.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.

• A passion for engaging with top local restaurants and chains; you excel at persuading others.

• Resilience and determination in following up with partner restaurants.

• A friendly demeanor, coupled with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication.

• Capability to work in a structured manner and efficiently organize communication with our partners.

• A team player who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Strong interest and a solid understanding of building client relationships.
