This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for a combination of internal delivery tasks and client-facing responsibilities.

• Operates autonomously on designated Middle Market accounts with support from the Senior Account Executive/Team Lead as necessary.

• Acts as backup for Senior Account Manager duties.

• Manages all facets of the renewal process, prepares for new business, and addresses ongoing requirements for clients and prospects.

• Collaborates with Producers, Account Executives, Claims, and other team members.

• Oversees all account service activities from the initiation of the renewal process.

• Organizes internal and external renewal strategy meetings with the Senior AE/Producer and the client.

• Engages in internal and external renewal strategy discussions.

• Requests renewal information from the client.

• Coordinates scheduling for group and individual meetings between the client and insurers.

• Develops client proposals that include quote analysis, marketing summaries, coverage details, and financial comparisons for review by senior team members.

• Completes the binding process by reviewing the binder for accuracy and processing binders and invoices in EPIC.

• Ensures fulfillment of internal and external Surplus Lines requirements.

• Manages the certificate renewal process with clients to ascertain requirements and guarantee timely and precise issuance.

• Keeps track of expiration dates on assigned accounts and collaborates with the CAC client team.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Ability to mentor other team members in the responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager role.

• Manage assigned responsibilities with independent decision-making authority.

• Proactive in organizing tasks into an efficient workflow.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
