This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification through to closing.
• Interact with inbound leads, perform thorough discovery sessions, and present compelling product demonstrations.
• Effectively address objections and present high-level solutions customized to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize deals within short sales cycles while achieving strong win rates.
• Consistently meet the annual sales target of $300,000.
• Ensure strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting within the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs.
• Work alongside marketing and customer success teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or SDR positions in B2B SaaS, Software, or IT/Technology Services, with a focus on acquiring new clients and generating net-new business.
• Outbound Prospecting: At least 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating a sales pipeline.
• Territory Management: Minimum 1 year of experience managing sales across APAC, EMEA, or US regions, including territory ownership and enterprise account management.
• Quota Achievement: Proven track record of meeting or surpassing annual new business targets of $200K–$300K; recognition as a top performer is advantageous.
• Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, discovery, and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and handling complex deals.
